RETURN POLICY
Email us at support@albertocollections.com to begin processing your return. Please do not send your purchase back to us prior to contacting us. Return your piece within 14 days of receiving it for a full refund. Return your piece between 14-25 days of receiving it for a store credit. Store credits do not expire. All products must be returned unworn, in the original packaging, in the same condition that you received it.
Please pack your order securely to ensure no damage during shipping. A $20 fee will be deducted from your refund for an insured, trackable return shipping label. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
Custom orders are not subject to any return or exchange.
GIFT EXCHANGES

DAMAGED ITEMS & REPAIRS
Quality is extremely important to us. If your jewelry has a manufacturing defect, we would be happy to fix it for you under warranty. To initiate the repair process, please email us at support@albertocollections.com with your order information and a photo of the damage.
Designs that are damaged from misuse, or returned without prior authorization are not eligible for return.
